Shipping NL & BE

We offer free shipping for all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Delivery time

On average 7-12 working days after receiving your order.

The delivery time is an indication and may differ in exceptional cases, for example due to busy periods with carriers. If your order contains multiple products, the longest delivery time applies to the entire order, unless we ship (partially) earlier.

No delivery to PO boxes

We do not deliver to post office boxes (P.O. box).

Address details

You are responsible for correctly entering your delivery address. Please check your details before ordering. Do you want to change the delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@vandori.nl
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we often cannot change the address.

• If a package has already been shipped and the address turns out to be wrong? Then extra costs may arise (e.g. for re-shipping) or the package may be lost.
• If the error was demonstrably made by us? Then we will of course resolve this.
