Returns & right of withdrawal

Can I return my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order within 30 days of receipt, without stating a reason, unless a legal exception applies.

How do I register a return?
Email info@vandori.nl with your order number and the items you wish to return. You will then receive our confirmation and further instructions.

When will I get my money back?
In most cases, you do not have to return the product and will receive your money back within 14 days of your cancellation notification at the latest. If we do ask you to return the product in your case, the refund can take place after receipt of the product or proof of return.

Who pays for return shipping?
In most cases, you don't have to return anything, so there are no return costs. If we do ask you to return it, those costs are for you, unless the product is defective or we have made a mistake.

What are the conditions for returning?
In most cases, we do not ask for the product to be returned. If we do, the product must be unused and (as far as reasonable) in its original packaging. In the event of visible use or damage, a reduction in value may be charged.
