Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order for the relevant items up to 30 days after receipt, without giving any reason.

How to register a return

  • Send an email to info@vandori.nl with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  • We will confirm your notification and inform you about the further processing.

Refunds

  • After a valid cancellation notification, we will refund the full purchase amount and the standard shipping costs of the initial shipment, no later than 14 days after your notification.
  • In most cases, we do not require you to physically return the item; you will then receive your refund immediately. Should a return be necessary in your case, you will receive clear instructions via email and will have 30 days after your notification to return it.
  • The amount will generally be refunded to your bank account within 5 business days. Please note: depending on your payment method, processing by your bank or payment provider may take longer.
  • Have you not received a refund after this period? First, check your bank account; it may take some time for a refund to be officially processed. Then, contact us at info@vandori.nl, and we will check it for you immediately.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

  • Hygiene products (such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and personal care products) whose seal has been broken are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal. If the seal is still intact, you can still cancel the product.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
  • Items obtained through giveaways are not purchases and are therefore outside this return policy. An exchange for a voucher may be possible in consultation.
  • Sale items are subject to the same return policy as other items, with the exception of the legal exclusions mentioned above.

Defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered items

Has your product arrived defective or damaged, or have you received the wrong item? Email info@vandori.nl within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos. We will resolve this for you free of charge, with replacement or refund.
